This website does not collect any personal data: it has no forms, uses no cookies of any kind, and runs no analytics that identifies its visitors. The Google reviews and Instagram posts shown here are fetched from the server and displayed as this website's own content: your browser never contacts Google or Instagram when you visit it.

Product reservations ("reserve & collect") send nothing to this website: pressing the button opens your own WhatsApp application with the message already written, and it is you who sends it to the pharmacy. Neither your name nor the products you chose pass through this site's servers, which do not store or keep them. Any conversation that follows happens on WhatsApp, between you and the pharmacy, and is governed by WhatsApp's terms.

There is no visit measurement active today. If a page-view counter is enabled in the future, it will work without cookies: it will not identify who visits the website nor store their IP address, only an aggregate count by page, language and day — the same minimal data already used by the reviews and Instagram above, never anything that could identify one specific person.

Because no data is processed, there is no visitor file to exercise rights over. Even so, anyone always has the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, or restrict the processing of their data, and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es); these rights can be exercised by writing to the contact details above.

This section will change once online appointment booking is enabled: from that point personal data will be collected and, for services such as skin analysis, health data too, and this policy will be expanded to explain what is collected, for what purpose, for how long it is kept, and under what safeguards.
