Medication review now has its own regulation
Checking for duplication and interactions is now a service with its own legal framework.
Decree 15/2025 sets out what Catalonia's medication review service involves: going through everything a person takes, in order, checking for duplication or interactions, and raising it with their doctor where needed.
It is exactly what we do when we prepare a weekly blister pack, and now it has a name and a legal framework.
