Flu and covid vaccination starts on 5 October
Three phases between October and November, and booking has already opened.
The Catalan health department has set the calendar for this autumn's campaign, in phases:
· 5 October — care homes, people aged 80 and over, pregnant women, children up to 5 and healthcare staff.
· 26 October — people aged 60 and over, and the remaining recommended groups.
· 16 November — at primary care centres, no appointment needed.
Booking has been open since 27 July. The aim is to complete most of the campaign before 18 December, with doses available until March.
